Certified Copies of Documents
Certified Copies of Documents
Certified copies of original company documents are often required when applying for a corporate bank account or mortgage. We can provide certified Mems and Arts, Certificates of incorporation and other documents from the Company registry.
Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing is an official document that can be used to demonstrate the existence of a company and provide confirmation of the officers of the company. They are often required when a UK company is looking to trade or register outside of the UK.
An official Certificate of Good Standing will contain the company name, company number and date of incorporation and it should certify that the company has been in continuous and unbroken existence since the date of its incorporation. The certificate will not be issued if the company is not up to date with the filing of confirmation statements and accounts.
As Certificates of Good Standing are often for use abroad, you may want to purchase this service in conjunction with our Apostille and Legalisation Service.
You can bolt-on a standard apostille of a Certificate of Good Standing for £XX, or an express apostille for £XX

Apostille and Legalisation Service
Where a company needs to present corporate documents to banks or authorities outside of the UK, then it is commonly required for the signature of the document to be verified by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in the UK.
For documents such as Certificates of Good Standing, which bear the signature of an employee of Companies House, these can be legalised by the FCO without the need for another certifier, but standard company documents would first need official authentication provided by a legal Notary.
Once the document has been certified, the FCO can then verify the certifiers signature. Please take note of the delivery options for the following Apostille service. For multiple documents we offer a bundle pricing please contact us to enquire for your particular requirements.
